Interpretation will be provided in English, French and German

Hotel accommodation
Hotel rooms are available in the city centre. The room reservation deadline is September 1, 2009. After this date, reservations requested according to the conference rate will be a matter of availability. Hotel room reservations and request for information as well as cancellations are to be made via

All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Breakfast and VAT is included in the prices.

Local transport
Directly after arrival, there is an airport bus for the hotels outside the terminal building.
On October 6, transport from the hotels to the conference venue will be organised.
Transport to and from the conference dinner will also be organised.
On October 8 at 15.00, there is a conference bus to the airport.
Bus tickets for local travel between the hotels and the conference venue will be handed out by the Conference Secretariat.

Registration
Registration will take place on October 5 at 18.00 -21.00 at REX restaurant, which is situated in the city centre close to the hotels. On October 6, the registration will be at the conference venue Aula Nordica, Umeå University at 08.30 – 09.30.
Secretariat
The Secretariat will be situated in Brashörnan, connected to Aula Nordica.

Internet
Wireless internet is available in all venues of the University.
