If the requested hotel is fully booked Umea Congress reserves the right to arrange accommodation in an alternative hotel of similar standard. Registration, Confirmation, Payment and Cancellation Send this registration for to Umeå Congress. We would like to have registration at the latest by October 1, 2008.

Umeå Congress will send a confirmation letter approximately one month before the Conference starts.

Delegates from the Nordic countries will receive an invoice together with the confirmation letter. Delegates from other countries may pay with credit card (credit card payment). All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish crowns).
Cancellations must be made to Umeå Congress by mail (booking@umea-congress.se).
No refunds can be made after October 15, 2008 unless Umeå Congress receive a medical certificate.
